Lots of content around balancing hormones

This book resonated with me. I realised how my habits were impacting my hormones.
The audio is a little fast and I slowed it down to listen. Also there are lots of recommendations- I would have liked a PDF to go with the audio book.

Narrator is too rushed

Ironically, the narrator is reading so fast that it makes me feel rushed. I’m only about 2 hours in, the book is very informative so far, i just wish the narration would be a bit calmer and slower.

was read quickly but I really enjoyed the book

it was read very quickly and there was a lot of information which if read slower I think I would have been able to absorb more. however I really enjoyed the book. I have already started implementing some of the recommendations
