I have listened to many of books and honestly around 90 percent of the strong female leads start very strong and then seem to all of a sudden turn weak and cower to their new bow. I just don’t get it. So far your main character is getting stronger as she grows and sounds like she will have friends to help just please if she ends up with a boyfriend or husband don’t turn her from a future leader to a follower.

So far I am enjoying and have enjoyed these two books many times, I just wish it take so long for the third book to come out.

Really enjoyed this book, it was a good sequel and I can't wait for the next instalment.
As always Emily Woo Zeller does a great performance.

lots of meaningless conflict. most of the time is spent on progression but 20 hours through it hardly feels like she's stronger. Its only a few weeks in the book time but it's getting hard to listen to the same thing repeatedly
