Publisher's Summary

I wrote this book because too many people have died because they were afraid that HIV would kill them. I was inclined to fear the same thing, but my life experiences planted the seeds of hope. I hope that by sharing some of the things that have kept me alive, like a spiritual connection, changing habits, ongoing adventures, faith, hope, and love, others might find some benefit.

Somehow I want to do my part to help balance the Universe by sharing some of the wonderful adventures I have experienced in this lifetime. I hope that you might listen to this book and feel something useful and motivating for the enrichment of your life.

Practicing humility has contributed to my peace of mind and spirit. I really want people to know about these wonderful adventures that this Black man from the Southside of Jamaica Queens has experienced.
