Publisher's Summary

It all started with a dare.

A single dare on Maisey Parker's 21st birthday and her entire life changed.

One second she was getting drunk with her friends, and the next she was climbing a cliff, cutting her hand, and accidentally offering a blood sacrifice that opened a thousand year old prison. A prison that contained the only living Titan. One too powerful to kill. One that wants nothing to do with being attached to Maisey.

Cronus has an old score to settle with the Greek Pantheon. Lucky she has some sick days saved up at work, because Maisey is dragged along whether she likes it or not. A decision Cronus no doubt regretted right around the time she makes a colossal mistake, unleashing an untold evil on the world.

Now they're in a race against the clock to resurrect the other Titans, the only beings who can contain the evil. They're the world's last hope. And Maisey's.

***Oh My Cronus***

Vanessa Moyen is a brilliant narrator thank you. Releasing the gods is witty, none stop gods actions and not to forget our heroine #addictedtoinstagram lol I've enjoyed this book so much and can't wait for book two, five star all the way. It's extremely entertaining, I couldn't stop laughing.

Nope too much ###

Jaymin Eve & Leia Stone are one of my favorites duo of co-writting authors. But sadly this book was not one of my favorites. The story by itself would have been awesome if not for the constant Hashtagging every few sentences. That sadly killed it for me. I don't know if listening to it via Audible made it worse but i will try to read the other books instead of listening to it maybe it will be less annoying.

Vanessa Moyen did an excellent job narrating this book like usual i love her voice. So sad that that the constant # ruined it.

Extreamly Imature

This book is what's wrong with our generation I am the age of the main character, who is obsessed with posting herself Instagram (this is my biggest pet peeve) the book encourages young women to continue being so vane it disgusts me. She speaks very immaturely saying "hashtags" every paragraph. I could bearly get through the first chapter but dragged on hoping it would get better since I love fictions revolving around the gods but after chapter 5 I just couldn't do it. The book just pissed me off the whole time. Don't waste your time

A very fun read

Finished it in a day and it made for a very enjoyable afternoon. The hashtag usage gets a little excessive at times, but it does add a certain amount of character and charm to the book that I enjoyed most of the time. The mythology in it was great, and the humor kept me thoroughly entertained. All in all definitely worth a read and I’ll be looking forward to the sequel.

So bad

Don’t waste your time or money unless you’re OK with the F word in every other sentence and hash tag in every statement she makes it’s #Annoying .. it’s a shame because it could be a really fun story

Ugh!!!!!

Disappointed!!!! I love books by Jaymin Eve and love Vanessa Moyers narrative skills but thus hook is complete garbage!!! I swear this book is only as long as it is because they used hash tag this, hash tag that and other hash tag nonsense! A complete letdown!!!!

#TooManyHashtags

Overall the story was good but the overuse of hastags got old really quick. No one talks like that and I had a hard time connecting with the lead because of that. The narrator did a fantastic job bringing the story to life. It would be a great read if 75% of the hashtags were removed

Interesting, but a bit...

I found the story interesting, and I love Vanessa Moyen, but the story felt too rushed and there wasn't a lot of character development at the beginning. I also found all of the hashtag comments to be a little too much, but I'm not an Instagram follower so that could be why. I still really like Jaymin Eve's work and I'm looking forward to book 2, but I'll probably read it before I think about buying the audio.

A fun, modernized take on Greek mythology

A fun, modernized take on Greek mythology! I loved Stone and Eve's take on old god meets social media and the mashup of several recognizable mythology stories. Cronus was sexy and confident and Maisey was energetic, bubbly with an edge, and made the most of her situations. While the story does reflect typical IG slang, I did quickly tire of the too frequent hashtags. The narration was well done and added to the story for me. She did a great job bringing the characters to life and giving them each a distinct voice.

#Amazing

This story was so fun from the beginning. Maisey is not the hero anyone wanted, but she’s the one we needed.

Her life gets turned upside down on her birthday when she accidentally releases a long-imprisoned god and has to help him save the world. Her commentary is exactly what you’d expect from someone who is as social media obsessed as Maisey. I adored her love-hate relationship with her newly appointed bond buddy, and I can’t wait to see where he rest of the story takes her, Cronus, and the rest of the completely annoying, but lovable gods.

I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who enjoys hot men, humor, and hashtags. #LovedIt

Intriguing

Witnessing this quurky, self absorbed young woman slowly change into someone who cares for others is an entertaining journey. With the addition of some super sexy men I did find this story wonderfully entertaining apart from the constant hash tags. The talented narrator brings these characters to life. I can't wait to see where this series goes next.

Amazing book

This is an amazing book! I’ll admit I’ve never been much into Greek god stories but this book just may have changed my mind about that. It brought enough modern day into mix with the mythology to keep me hooked the entire time. #givememore
I can’t wait tell book 3 comes out.
