Great story!! The narrator is not a favourite tho

I enjoyed the story. It was a little more Uh Faith like than The Inheritance but I still enjoyed it. I am not particularly fond of the narrator but can put up with it for the sake of the story.

Rekindled

Tamera weaves the love of Christ through this beautiful romance story of second chances. Can’t wait to listen to the next book.

good book HORRIBLE NARRATOR

love the story and the author but will never buy books read by Barbara McCullogh again. she keeps swallowing, moistening her mouth, and sighing. its rude and worse then nails on a chalk board.

Amazing

This is the first book I have read/listen to by this author. It was intense with so many emotions I almost had to stop. For a story to bring all of those out you know it is amazing.

A story of love that was not enough without understanding and a strong faith that had to be found. The narrator read slowly and I sped up a little to 1.1 I believe and then it was perfect. Ready to listen to the next. Wonderful

Please lose the lozenge!

It is irritating to listen to the narrator rolling a lozenge in her mouth. I’d prefer better editing that would allow her to take a break for refreshment. Also, there needs to be at least a couple of seconds pause between changing scenes and chapters. In a couple of instances the announcement of the next chapter actually cut off the final word of the last chapter. The transitions are far too jarring.

Great story, narrator not so much

I have been disappointed twice now in Tamera Alexanders choice of narrators. Her Bell Meade books' narrator had an unpleasant voice to listen to, and although the voice of the narrator in the Fountain Creek chronicles is nice enough, I can hardly bear the sounds of-and not to be rude- smacking like she constantly has a dry mouth. It makes me reconsider buying another of Tameras books in this series, but her writing is SO SUPERB I think I will try and endure the "extra" sounds and get another...

good read!

this was a good clean read! I really loved the story but it was one of those books that nothing happened the way I would have had them happen, which is good and bad. Good because I was surprised but bad because it was frustrating! Tamera Alexander is a very good writer and I did enjoy this book even if things didn't happen how I would have thought.
