Publisher's Summary

Modern medicine and human health are at a critical crossroads, and the truth is that you and not your genes are in the driver's seat. You are the one who gets to make informed decisions on how you use and nourish the evolutionary miracle that is your body.

Combining analysis of cutting-edge scientific findings with our deepest ancestral wisdom and health-promoting practices, Sayer Ji, founder of GreenMedInfo, offers a time-tested program to help prevent and manage the most common health afflictions of our day-cancer, heart disease, neurodegenerative diseases, and metabolic syndrome.

Antiquated thinking and scientific dogma have long obstructed our understanding of our innate untapped potential for self-regeneration and radical healing. But the new biology explains why biological time is not a downward spiral and how chronic illness is not inevitable when you implement nature's resiliency tools.

In his thorough and thoughtful exploration of the new biology, Sayer Ji illuminates:

  • The fascinating new science of food as information
  • The truth about cancer and heart disease screening and what real prevention looks like
  • How to reverse the most common forms of degeneration using food-based approaches
  • How the body extracts energy from sources other than food, including water and melanin; and
  • How to make sense of conflicting dietary recommendations and out-of-date food philosophies

Encoded within every tissue of your body is your ability to regenerate. Unlock your radical resiliency through this road map for diet, exercise, stress reduction, and the cultivation of the environment in which you choose to live.

So much yo learn.

I have probably learnt more from this book than any other I have ever read . My wife and I are 78 and 79 this year and we both read or listen to different sections of this book every day . (with out fail.)
We both agree we are fitter and healthier than we have been for many years . Every morning for sometime now we follow the exercise routine and have now reached our goal weight . We are both super excited about our new knowledge .
We have worked via our Doctor and now no longer take any prescription medicines . My wife had just started on statin drugs and I was on blood pressure tablets when we started . We have had his book for some time now and only just purchased the audible for refresher purposes . We are still getting our heads around much of it and learning more every day. Thank you Sayer.

Pseudoscience

Pseudoscientific rubbish.

First an attack on dairy and wheat products. The author can’t digest dairy so therefore everyone should avoid it, right? Goes on to compare death statistics from 1900 to today to back up his point. One problem, wheat and dairy were part of the western diet in the 1900’s.

Then we have some rubbish about structured water which has not been backed up by peer-reviewed science.

Then something about chlorophyll protecting the skin from UV damage? No human peer-reviewed literature here either.

Then we have “melanin” in mushrooms having a protective effect, only rodent research is cited.

Currently at the “earthing” part.. I don’t know how much more I can take..

It should be mandatory to clearly back up outlandish health claims in the accompanying PDF but we are out of luck here.

Really needs to be re-recorded with a professional

Sorry but I gave up trying to "listen" to this book.
Narrated by Sayer Ji.
His constant monotone and stilted enunciation just made it too difficult to listen to.
Really needs to be re-recorded with a professional narrator.
