It's Time for the Planet and Its People to Heal

Whether you're aware of it or not, you've been born into a system of degeneration that harms the planet and every person and creature alive. In order for transformation to occur, says author Jordan Rubin, "You must make a decision to take steps today to become part of the solution".

Planet Heal Thyself will teach you how to start a "revolution of regeneration" in the areas of health and nutrition, sustainable agriculture, and food production as well as economic prosperity and abundance.

Within the audio you will learn:

  • Why rebuilding our nation's disappearing topsoil should be our highest priority
  • How real nutrients from real foods create real health
  • How you can help our planet by growing your own food

The health and well-being of you, your family, and our planet rest on your shoulders and the daily decisions you make. If you're ready to do your part to heal our planet and restore your health, then the revolution begins with you.

Engaging story, nutrition for health

Great insights into nutrition, health and healing. I have changed my eating habits and can feel the benefits. Jordan is generous with his advice on food preparation. I was really pleased that the book is not a sales pitch to buy his products.
The narrator struggles to pronounce the medical terms and the names of compounds that are not in common use with non medical or science people. If he did some preparation prior to making the recording the listening experience would be so much better.
Overall I found listening to this book was a good investment of my time.

Helpful Information-Horrific Narration

This audiobook contained a lot of helpful and vital information regarding topics such as permaculture, food allergies, sustainable living, and educational programs. However, it was so hard to get through because of the narration. I have sampled other audiobooks by this narrator and he has a lovely tone and does not appear to have the same issues as were evident in this recording. The cadence was that of a robot or a "speech to text" message. Mispronunciations from Mufasa to pronouncing edamame as enema were frustrating. I found myself correcting the narrator through most of the book and shouting "spit it out" as the long pauses and attempts to sound out words was maddening. He also spoke what I have to believe were instructions for the narration. He would say "repeat" and then would repeat a word. Not like "I repeat" but simply as if he was reading a cue. I urge the producer, author, and narrator to listen to this project. I honestly don't believe it was meant to be the final recording, especially given the narrator's other work.

the narration made it difficult to make it through this book, too many fumbles too many awkward pronunciations and strange pacing. would rather read the physical book.
