This works!

After trying nearly everything to help boost self-confidence, I somewhat skeptically decided to give hypnosis a try. I say skeptically not because I didn't think it would work, but because as someone who used to work in advertising, I know HOW WELL subconcious suggestion works. But I understand the meaning of the guided imagery she uses, and I found nothing in here that caused me concern. Within the first week I was seeing physical results - sleeping better, more alert during the day, and more energy. After two weeks I was seeing emotional/mental results - more peace, more focused and in control, and more joyful. I just finished the recommended 21 days, and I am seeing even stronger results. I plan to continue using this series, and will probably purchase another of her products soon. I particularly enjoy her narration, as her voice is soothing and peaceful, like having a friend walking on the beach and talking with you. I would definitely recommend this series to anyone considering hypnosis for personal development.
