The story is awesome as I read the books and listen to the audible version. The first 3 volumes were great, but it fell apart on this one. The voice editor used makes nearly all of the deep and high pitched voices intelligible. And please for the love of all things audible never ever used the city kitten voice ever again. Also why are the spell chants suddenly from inside a can? Special affects make any story experience better but don't abuse it.

books is great and so is the voice acting, that said there are multiple chapters throughout the book that have all the lines in the wrong order and it makes no sense please look at re-editing and I will adjust my rating accordingly
