You won't regret picking up this book.

It's not another self-help book, a plan to fix your whatever it is you want to fix in 30 days. It's a beautifully written and narrated walkthrough of a perfect day, with the aim that - when you finish the book- that you attempt your own perfect day. Maybe just once.

It's down to earth and approachable, and I would recommend it to anyone.

From a salty lemon water in the morning, to pre sexy time eating, Aubrey doesn't leave a stone unturned in this ultimate life enhancing book. I've already starting implementing just a few of the things mentioned in this book into my life and am already seeing, and feeling drastic improvements.

I thought that this book would be some BS but as I went into it more I started to see how powerful it was and then actually decided to implement it and wow! Incredible highly recommended
