I have always loved how Lael simplifies complex concepts. This is a must read book for everyone doing the work of better understanding themselves.

Honestly, this is the most incredible gift you could give yourself. Lael reads it herself, so it’s basically the session with her you’ve always desperately wanted but can’t get because she’s too superhuman to have any availability. It comes with a warning though : it’s so incredibly life changing that once you start listening you won’t be able to stop. You’ll find yourself hiding out in all sorts of random places trying to sneak in a few more minutes of Lael’s magic into your day. And when it’s over you’re still not safe. You’ll go right back to the beginning and start all over again!!
