Excellent and a God send!

Thanks Steve and Mary! I found the content and the reading very helpful. Well structured as well and with memorable anecdotes. Looking forward to re-reading and the changes that will follow in response. Peter in Australia.

The book was very good and recommend it

The book basically lays out seven things every person needs in their life to rest and find a pace of life that is sustainable. I especially liked the chapter on the Sabbath and the chapter on the sovereignty of God.
