An unfair advantage to new business owners
Very few business books have brought out so many emotions.
From nodding in agreement, smiling at the sarcasm, grining from ear to ear at the absurdity of situations Dan and or his business clients have found themselves in, to being concerned and deeply worried of behaviours I have never even thought about that could potentially be true and finally to optimism from Dan's many recommendations on systems and techniques that if applied consistantly will continue to improve, grow and add value to my business.

Worth it for the gold you'll find
There's no getting around this is a long listen, you need to commit to finishing it. You probably won't agree with everything Dan discusses or his opinions. But you will definitely take away enough nuggets of gold to dedicate the time required to listen. I found his No BS approach refreshing and cuts through most of the prevailing 'wisdom' in management theory (and practice!) in the corporate world I personally see most days.
