A different approach to building self confidence.
I cant say this book is for everyone. The author takes a 'break-down and rebuild' approach. Talks about overcoming fear, building confidence, understanding yourself and pushing limits to build experience. I think it is mainly from a female perspective but the learning is general. You need to 'read between the lines' in some aspects. It's a confronting tone & hence not for the easily rattled.
