Publisher's Summary

A sexy, emotional, heart-stopping romance novel from number one New York Times best-selling author Lauren Blakely with all new narration from Joe Arden and Andi Arndt!

Ten years ago, I let the love of my life slip through my fingers. It’s my greatest regret, especially since she’s all but disappeared. When she walks back into my world unexpectedly, I have one mission - win her back. Whatever it takes.

But the gorgeous, brilliant, tough-as-iron Shannon has secrets of her own, and a family past she’s trying to escape.

Slowly but surely, I break down her walls over our sinful nights together, with a connection more passionate than ever, an intimacy more fiery than it was before.

But the past can only stay behind you for so long. And when the people who want a piece of her family start circling her, I’ll have to prove I’m the man to protect her from her suddenly dangerous present.

Wow

Loved this book of second chances. Who would think that just a few wrong conclusions could keep them apart for 10 years. But their love was just as strong when they meet again.
Love a story with supporting family members.
Narration was awesome too.

good 2nd chance story but got a little frustrating

I've read some other books of Ms Blakely and I enjoyed them however with this one I just kept wanting to beat the Hero over the head, I mean how many times do you have to put work before the woman you love it's been over 10 years and he still made the same errors it was just frustrating.
because of this a lot of chapters went round and round in circles and I was very close to skipping just to get to the end but I knew that there was something going on with the murder and the prison person .... don't want to spoil anything, anyway it carries on with a semi cliffhanger to that particular plot line so if you want to find out you got to keep going.
it was really great to hear the different narrators because all of them I absolutely love. there was some nice bits of steam and there were some anticipation and angst and a little mystery but apart from that it was just an easy flowing book to listen to.
I'm normally a Black Ops girl and listens to Kris Michaels, Susan Stoker or it Riley Edwards so this is pretty tame for me but it was a nice change. I do like Ms blakely's writing so I might try another 1.

Great series

This series was great. I loved the suspense of the case unfolding piece by piece through the series. I also love it when so many narrators come together to bring the story alive

Second-chance love story + murder = 5⭐ 4.5🌶

This story has been re-written from multiple POVs and recast since it was first written and recorded as an audiobook, so older reviews may not be so relevant now. The cast (and I mean cast, not just two narrators) was amazing!

While a spicy second-chance love story takes first stage, there's a complicated murder-for-hire story unfolding in the background. The story ends on a bit of a cliffhanger, setting you up for the second installment, My Sinful Desire. I'm up to book three now and am loving them all!

Fantastic multiple POVs

My Sinful Nights by Lauren Blakely is the first book in the Sinful Men series.

Shannon and Brent’s story ended 10 years before, but a new business venture has their paths crossing, secrets coming to the surface and things from Shannon’s past that’s creepy but into her current world.

Once these two work through the hiccups thrown at them, they quickly became a formidable couple.

I can tell that there’s still so much to unravel in this world, and can’t wait to read more.

The story is told from multiple POV’s from the main characters, as well as side characters. Which I think is brilliant, as it sets the voices clearly.

book 1. The Prince Mystery romance

Jo And Andy were a pleasure to listen to as usual.
I enjoyed the story mostly emotional tugs..
Shannon and Brent were college soulmates. They were engaged to be married but after college Brent was overwhelmed with trying to start a career in a different part of the country, and guilt not fulfilling his Shannon's needs as her fiancé. so after the 3rd cancelled visit at Shannon's, Brent ran and ended the relationship..
Shannon suffers emotional upheaval but they both pick themselves up and create successful businesses... and the they meet again....
and running in the background we have a possible gang problem created by Shannon's fathers murder years prior.

Did not finish.

I tried to persevere with this book I really did but I hated it right from the beginning and just didn't get any better. Now I'm wondering if I should bother with the others in the series. Sorry.
