Great performance of all involved in this audio. This book was a bit slower than the previous 2 in the series but still, we get bit more info about the others great family members. Was great to see how Colin was giving to the community and he loved what he was doing and his friendship with Alex. Moving on to book #4 ♥

This was a great love story. Loved the family devotion and love for each other. It was awesome that they worked out in the end with helps from a great son. Omg just want to get to the last story and connect all the dots.

So far I’ve loved the series. This book however I think missed the mark. The two main characters had a lovely story but I feel that it was overtaken by all the extra background stories. Towards the end I felt the focus was more on the background stories and way less on the storey of the Elle and Colin, which was disappointing.

My Sinful Longing by Lauren Blakely is the third book in the Sinful Men series.

Colin and Elle’s story was slightly hinted at as a potential relationship in My Sinful Desire, and some of the timeline has crossover, but it’s no repetitive to the previous book (other than the big reveal and cliffhanger in book 2)

I can tell that there’s still so much to unravel in this world, as once again a massive cliffhanger and game changing secret is revealed.

The story is told from multiple POV’s from the main characters, as well as side characters. Which I think is brilliant, as it sets the voices clearly.

This story has been re-written from multiple POVs and recast since it was first written and recorded as an audiobook, so older reviews may not be so relevant now. The cast (and I mean cast, not just two narrators) was amazing! Characters from the other My Sinful Men series appear and their stories interlock.

I would have given 5⭐ for all criteria, but when compared with the first two stories in this series, something about this just... wasn't quite as good for me. That's definitely not the case for the cast... my God! Zachary Webber's voice is like silk! 🥵

The story focuses on Colin and Elle and both of them have had complicated, tumultuous pasts, which means it's a bit of a slow burn until both parties feel comfortable enough to let their guards down. While a love story takes first stage, there's a complicated murder-for-hire story unfolding in the background. The story ends on a bit of a cliffhanger, setting you up for the fourth and final installment, My Sinful Love. Have loved the series so far!
