Fun Legal Series...

Muzzled is the 21st book in the Andy Carpenter series which I have just finished listening to as if it were one very long book! The 22nd is due out in October 2020, I will be purchasing this one and any new books after.
Carpenter is a rather wealthy attorney who inherited his fortune. He’s a reluctant attorney who can afford to pick and choose the cases he works on since he prefers not to work. His dog Tara is according to Carpenter the greatest dog on the planet and he would rather spend time with her.
Although there is a dog involved in each of these books, the stories are not about dogs. These are good mysteries/suspense books with very interesting and entertaining plots and characters.
Grover Gardner does an outstanding job narrating the entire series.
This series has my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.

Nothing like the Summary!

As is typical of an Andy Carpenter book, the outcome is formulaic. Good news: The formula works. I didn’t know how badly I needed to laugh and decompress! Oddly, it’s summary is only tangentially related to the plot. In fact, it seemed similar to many other books. I hesitated, but I am Glad I took the plunge.

Andy and crew just the way you want them

If you are a fan of Andy Carpenter and his friends and dogs, you will enjoy this book. And the terrific Grover Gardner - a perfect voice for Andy. Just what you want for a pleasant listening experience- no pandemic, just a nice few hours listening to something of the most enjoyable fictional characters ever. Doesn’t get better than that

This is a homerun story

As usual this story was ready fun and kept your attention all the way to the end have already shared it with friends love these books
One question what happened to Sam’s dog several books back he rescued a dog, nothing has been mentioned cents.

My favorite audio books & this one doesn’t disappoint!

David Rosenfelt’s Andy Carpenter series read by Grover Gardner is the best audio series I know of. The characters are fantastic, the stories are entertaining, the narration is perfect. I laugh out loud. My only complaint is that they are far too short. Keep them coming please!

Brilliant as always

Very clever. The placement of the dog is a highlight of the book. The unique plots he creates are always fascinating.

Love this series!

David Rosenfelt always delivers with this series. Intriguing story lines, wonderful characters, special dogs, and lots of smiles, if not full on laughs. Grover Gardner is fantastic as Andy Carpenter. I can’t imagine anyone else as the narrator. I give this book a 5 star rating all the way around. And for those of you who don’t want to hear bad language, no problem here! Mr Rosenfelt’s books are refreshing free of “bad” language.

I love Rosenfelt and Andy but not this book.

I have read every book by David Rosenfelt. I normally laugh out loud and finish his books too quickly. I don’t want his stories to end. This book was tedious and uninspired. It did not seem like my favorite author. I’m disappointed. Grover did the best job he could with the material he was given.
