It was a bit slow paste, Feel like they were going on and on.
But I did like the idea of the story and the general Of it. it just wasn't for me.

I really enjoyed this one, The main character's personality is really fun, shes a funny mix of murdery and kind, she has no qualms with killing a load of guards though she kind of had good reason...maybe.

I'm not keen on most of the group she travels with in the earlier parts of the book but I think thats supposed to be the case. I do however really like the female friends she has and am hoping one will become more than traveling companions in future books.

I've really enjoyed the story itself, the combination of descriptive visuals in the writing and a great narrator really bring the world and characters together to make a very enjoyable audiobook. I also enjoy the fact the story focuses on the journey and action rather than a love interest though I wouldn't mind a little if it was f/f relationship.

I can't wait for book two. I very much recommend this book.

The pacing was good for me. I really enjoyed the author descriptions of things. Action packed with world building time. If you enjoy other books like Unbound by Nicoli Gonnella or He Who Fights with Monsters by Shirtaloon I think this book is for you. I can't wait for the next instalment. 5 stars.
