Nice Tune!!

Generally, I meditate only when I'm very stressed, which is not how it should be. You shouldn't reach for vitamins ONLY when you have a cold, and you shouldn't meditate only when you feel stress either.

Good Recourse!!

Good Audiobook!!

This book is currently free with Kindle Unlimited. I would strongly recommend getting it since if you don't need it right now, there will be a time when you WILL need it. Now not every exercise worked for me, but the majority of these were helpful to me. Each exercise takes a minimum of 5 minutes and is very simple and straightforward. I have used several of these each day and my focus is better and my stress has been reduced.

Helpful!!

I liked this book. I have a history with mindfulness practice, but no prior knowledge or experience is required to get a lot out of this book. It's different than most others I have come across, in that it's a collection of exercises

Marvelous !!

What I like best about this book is that it provides practical, easy to implement practices to address the stress generated by everyday occurrences. After a straightforward introduction, it is divided into e,ercises for the body, thoughts, emotions, and communications.

Amazing Guidebook!!

I hate meditation. I don’t want to do it. But I know it works, and I know I’m becoming a miserable person because I’m stressed out all the time and have an extremely busy life and chronic insomnia, so I got this book, grudgingly, to see if it would help.

Interesting to listen to!

Beautiful audio book!!

I'm kind of skeptical when it comes to books like this, but this book is actually a great little stress reliever. Exercises are broken off in short chunks, usually 4-10 minutes. It's very much a slowdown, smell the roses, touch the orange, sort of book, but when I follow it I can actually feel my stress dissipating.

Greatful!!

This book has some helpful tips for becoming more centered and mindful in stressful situations. What I liked best was the author’s approach to formatting the information. Rather than being a book, you need to listen from beginning to end, this is a helpful guide that you can dip in and out of as needed.
