Got a credit?

Do you go a credit and want to know about meditation? If yes then this book can be the best way to spend that credit as this book is somewhat around 24 hours long, thus, it has lots and lots of information about various aspects and benefits of meditations and mindfulness, and the nice thing is that, the narration is also simple and pleasing to listen to.

Such an awesome audiobook

Enjoyed

I'm new to mediation and I found this audio book to be be very helpful. I was able to actually focus and relax during this mediation. The narrator of this book did a great service to the author's interesting and well written material. I listened to it several times and thoroughly enjoyed learning more about the importance of meditation.

Worth it!

Arriving home from a long day and listening to Dona Jackson's voice has become a routine for me. As a beginner in meditation I have found this program very helpful in making me feel more relax, peaceful and aware during my day. I want to thank the narrator for having such a caring and kind demeanor on this guided mediation program.
I really enjoyed this audiobook. Being new to meditation, I didn't know what to expect. The author is very helpful in guiding you through the practice in a calm manner. worth it!

Audio book

I love this audio book and pick it up occasionally to remind myself of what’s important and to provide a reset. This audio book helps you to reset the mind and stop the random thoughts that passes through the minds without any reason, helps in getting to sleep instantly.

The quality of production is good

This book is very well written and narrated and keep the attention of the audience. The quality of production is good and the material of the book is very well written and presented. Kristin Plain is a phenomenal thinker and in this book demystifies meditation in a simple and straight forward manner.

Very informative!!

Very informative!! A lot useful information for meditation. I listened 3 times already going for 4th, every time something new to understand deeply!!! I've read books on Buddhism and meditation over the years and this one really resonated. I found myself re listening to this one.

An excellent introductory course on meditation

This was an excellent introductory course on meditation. The lectures covered the basics, like principles of Buddhism and connecting to the breath during meditation. It also explained some more challenging topics such as compassionate meditation. These lectures have taught me how to bring mindfulness into my day-to-day life. I'm looking forward to practicing the concepts further!

A nice audio book

This was a nice audio book, liked how the book was organized, the tips were also easy to follow, Kristin Plain explains what anxiety is in a simple way, and then give tips to deal with anxiety, this is fairly a long book, so it covers many topics, like how to control thoughts and anger and many more topics., the author explains things in a step by step manner and does not rush on to conclude the topics.

Easy

The exercises told by the author for meditations seems easy to do because the narrator speaks slowly while teaching the exercises, the narrator does not rushes fast which makes the exercises easy to follow. The book has some self esteem affirmations as well, a nice audio book to listen before starting a day as this book has some awesome self esteem affirmations as well.

Great introduction to the mindfulness practice

I think this is a great introduction to the mindfulness practice. To fully benefit from this course you have to be active and do homework given in the course. All in all, I think this course covers a lot of ground that is hard to cover in just one listen, but each chapter is dedicated to specific issue and can be easily referenced later.

Finding the techniques helpful

I'm listening to a bunch of different stuff to get over some experiences. I listened to this as an introduction to mindfulness with the aim of having more control over my mind so I can stop thinking about this dastardly character. I am finding the techniques helpful.

Nice introduction to the guided meditations

This is a long book with some nice introduction to the guided meditations, and then have some chapters for guided meditations, the narration by Dona Jackson is pleasing.
