What might we want to manifest? It could be a goal, or it could be material, like money, or could be a job doing a specific kind of work. Other examples could be a bigger house, a newer car, or new opportunities. Manifestation is one way of doing something about it on an energetic level to help bring it about.
Like energy healing, and using your own intuition, manifesting is a skill that we are all capable of doing. We have a relationship with the Universe of which we are a part. Learn it and try it.
