I really enjoyed the audi book, but at times found the voice from the reader not appropriate for the content of the chapter.
Also would find it easier to align the chapters of the audio book with the paper book. A few repetitions, which I find could be cut out. But very interesting content.

Well thought out book. Covers the medical side and spiritual side of pregnancy and birth very well. I love the way the book prompts mini meditations and breath work in each chapter. Calm narration. Highly recommend.
