great story and I liked the performance but the original was a little better and it was small things like a one or two names. but I still liked the book.

Easy listening with an enjoyable storyline. Of you are after something fun that you don't have to think to deep, this is the story for you. Good fight scenes, good bit of humour and interesting. Glad I gave it a go!

The protagonist was the antihero type, so antihero that I struggled to find a redeeming quality to him. I felt sorry for him until I read more about his pathetic life and his little regard towards his fellow soldiers, to whom he considered to be his family. It was difficult to come to terms with. Well, at least he wasn’t the “Peter Perfect” type of hero that some authors use.
If I hadn’t have had the 5 story pack, as I probably wouldn’t have bought the second book in the series. I’m glad that it was a package as I greatly enjoyed the series as it progressed. A good story overall, 4 out of 5 stars

this was a bit lack luster to the star rating given story line didn't grab me like drop trooper or expeditionary force

Basically the same action sequence over and over again….. in the end it was a chore to finish. I liked the characters…but they went nowhere and basically shot things. A bit like a one note opera

There are definitely good parts to this story and it's an interesting universe the author has created. It just didn't hook me, it might suit someone else and they may love it far more than I ever will. Still interesting though and the series definitely improved as it went along.

just found myself zoning out and thinking of other things to oftern. The good things is that most of the time I could pick it back up pretty easy. Not sure I will finish all of the books.
