Not sure what to make of this book. 50 years ago quantum physics would have been laughed at and there is frequently psychological overlay in chronic illness. That said, this book becomes so woowoo that it really stretches credulity at times. It is also long winded in places. In amongst the fluff there are some real gems of ideas. Overall I was glad that I listened to the book.
