Mais comment faire ? C'est la question que se pose tout thérapeute, et aussi chacun de nous, dès qu'il est confronté à une grande douleur, à une perte, dès qu'il en a assez. Comment faire ? Gémir, ruminer, récriminer ? Chercher une écoute, une consolation pour mieux patauger dans nos "problèmes" ?
Non, répond François Roustang. Il faut au contraire en finir avec la plainte, sortir de notre moi chéri, que nous cultivons à coups de jérémiades. À cette condition, nous pourrons vraiment refondre notre existence pour nous ouvrir enfin au monde et aux autres.
