Love the duet

This is the 5th Mariana Zapata book that I've read, and I think my favourite (maybe even more than From Lukov With Love). Some of her books have pacing or editing issues, but I didn't find those in this one. I loved the developing relationship between the main characters, from celebrity+fan, to sort-of enemies, to friends and eventually more. The two narrators were amazing, I wish they did all of MZ's books.

Because Mariana Zapata books have no male POV the dual pov was consistent through every chapter. Not changing with each chapter as I'm used to.

Kulti is one of my top 5 books ever I've read it so many times. And this was just the perfect audible version to go along with it.

I need all Mariana Zapata books in dual pov now.

Overall a good read. I was worried in the first quarter of the book that I was going to have my first Mariana Zepata DNF book, because of the juvenile coping skills of the MFC. Hearing poop multiple times in a sentence for that many chapters was quite annoying. I understood her reasoning and for comedic value I guess, it just wasn't my type of humour. Besides that, it was another good read from MZ.

I am LOVING that Mariana Zapata is re-releasing her books in duet narration format. I am devouring them, and Kulti is definitely one of my favourites. If you love a grump who falls first and hard, you must meet Kulti. Here's what else you can expect:

I disliked the male narration. German accent was not great. Why do reviews need to be fifteen words minimum to submit? A stupid requirement.

Kulti sounded British not German I was easily distracted from the story didn’t hold my attention because of his narrative. Otherwise overall was good, will continue listening to Mariana Zapata’s books 🥰
