Interesting story with likeable characters and excellent villains. Plwnty of action. Look forward to book 2.

the author's work was so vivid, the world building was done so well, and the narrator was excellent, she did such a great job, with so much emphasis, different inflection for different people, you can hear the passion, the anger, the fear, everything she conveyed so well, this was such an exciting novel to listen to.
