Excellent narration as always. I loved this story - I think it might be my new favourite of the whole extended series. Loved learning more about the girls who perform in the musicale, and women of the ton having hidden skills.

Despite this not being a ‘Bridgerton’ story, it is Bridgerton adjacent with a few cameos from our favourites - with Easter eggs to previous storyline’s. But even without this lovely gift, the story was engaging and very sweet. I genuinely loved it.

Ran out of Bridgerton stories, but this was a surprise delight

A long slow burn of a story, thankfully there wasn’t so much of the usual frustratingly obvious misunderstandings. I liked these characters who were a spin off from Bridgeton. I enjoyed it enough to read the next in the series.

Sweet story

I love Julia Quinn but this book lacked any intrigue, scandal or excitement. If you just want a love story then this is for you.

A little disappointing

A good extension from the Bridgerton serial. It’s good to have more books from that theme about other characters that Bridgerton only skims the surface of

Not one of my favourites, but I did enjoy it. I can't wait to listen to the rest of the collection. Narrator again, absolutely amazing.

Love all of Julia Quinn’s books especially read by Rosalyn Landor. This was easy to listen to although it wasn’t overly exciting it was still lovely and a little funny and very sweet

Of all Julia's books I've read this one was the worst. Everything scene was so long and drawn out. Every conversation (relevant to the plot of not) took ages to conclude and there was no real action until the end of the story ( 8 hrs in). Would not recommend.

Sooooo Longwinded
