Breathtakingly Good

This book was incredible. The first half has minor references to jogging and spends most of the time discussing anxiety symptoms, causes, and general information. It was SO good to hear a book talk about this, in a non-judgemental, and simply matter-of-fact way. The book focuses more on the jogging as it goes along, once this base is set up, and I just loved it.

I think this book should be compulsory reading - for those suffering anxiety, you will see yourself here; for those who are lucky to not suffer, you will learn about the condition that affects a huge proportion of society.

I can't wait to read this over and over again.

Just a great down to earth book

The book is raw and deals with some challenging topic but it is one of the best I have read. Great sense of humour and real.
