it didn't take me long to realise the manifestation hype in the spiritual community wasn't all it was cracked up to be. I wanted something more. Tosha's teachings are so in line with the truth of my own heart that my whole being opened to the new information she was presenting to me. I have for years longed to deepen my relationship with the Divine and thus book was pivotal in the process. My life isn't perfect but it has changed for the better. I highly recommend joining Tosha's online forum too. For me it feels like the kind of church I always wished was available to me growing up.

For me this is by far Tosha's best book. I've found it quite life changing. Hearing her beautiful voice narrate it just seemed to make it all that much more powerful....and enjoyable! A true pleasure to listen to.

At first the concepts seemed to woo hoo for me, but Toshers voice is relaxing so I listened. I didn't quite get into it at first but after a couple of weeks of following her suggestions, I had an ahh haa moment. I just love this book.
