Must read for basically everyone
This text will help give you the tools to give up dirt culture and provides lots of useful scientific facts along the way that back up why a weight neutral approach to health is the only ethical way to approach health and works not only psychologically and nutritionaly but also medically!
This and Linda Bacon’s “Health at Every Size” should be compulsory for anyone entering the medical field

Transformative!
Deeply transformative! I'm not one to write reviews but this has CHANGED MY LIFE.. I've lived most of my life trapped in my mind over my relationship to food. This has been so eye opening, to all my preconceived ideas about food and the "destruction" it causes to my body. I can say without hesitating, that since starting this journey, my triggers to food and inflammation has severely lowered. I've stopped looking at food as the enemy. and slowly but surely am making peace with food. The initial fear of weight gain subsided... Your weight does truly balance out.. I've started loosing weight. I'm so grateful for this gift.. THANK YOU.

Promising start but….
The authors read the intro and were engaging and easy to listen to. The narrator for the rest of book sounded incredibly robotic. I could not engage and was constantly rewinding and relistening after zoning out. Do better.

worst narration ever, sounds like ai
I love audible and audio books and listen to them all the time but this has truly been one of the hardest books to listen to. The narration has no emotion, emphasis is in strange places and the linking of recordings truly makes it sound like it was recorded by artificial intelligence. the book has such valuable information I hate that it is just so hard to listen to
