Good one

The other books I read were a bunch of scientific facts, which were hard to understand. This diet does not teach you to follow a strict diet but is very flexible. You can eat whatever you want, even at specific times, without limiting yourself to eating just rice or salad. But the most important thing is that the diet really works and the recipes are really delicious.

This book has given me guiltless...............

This book has given me guiltless enjoyment of eating back. I no longer have worries about what I should eat that’s also healthy so I don’t gain more weight. Or having to decide what I’m going to bring for lunch, or what to eat for breakfast. I can actually believe in this way of eating, and I know my efforts at the gym will yield results. The book is easy to understand and gives you straightforward direction. But at the end of the book you start to wonder, is this really possible??? Will this really work since so many other diets haven’t??? It does!

This book give value for money!

The author well clarification of Intermittent Fasting for Weight Loss. I am following this Audible book! It gives me a better result. I am learning lots of new things and I'm grateful for the fact that this cookbook offers flexible recipes, suitable for all kinds of dietary restrictions. This book give value for money!

Totally love eating wonderful food............

Totally love eating wonderful food AND loosing weight.This way of eating puts me in the complete drivers seat instead of being a victim of food. I am in charge and I can do whatever I like, lose weight and eat wonderfully. I am easily losing weight for the first time in years and years. I can eat what I love -- if it's 'healthy' or not, as long as I love it. I don't find I truly love junk food at all. I only ever ate it because it was what I 'wasn't supposed' to eat and I am a rebel. And fasting is so healthy I know I am continuously upgrading and improving my health. I don't care how long I have to wait for my next meal as long as I completely love each meal. Now it seems like so much bother to shop, cook, clean for 3 meals a day. It always did seem kind of relentless. Other reviewer claimed they would rather read a book by a doctor or scientist. I have always found those "science-y" books more fictional than a novel. I would need a PhD to know if I agree with the science or not, so just leave that out and tell me what you know. Gin's voice is clear and to the point. I really appreciate her message as it is.

Good

I have been struggling with my weight for many years now. I came across this book that a friend had mentioned to me. It is very well written and a joy to read. I understand a lot more about how my body works and the impact of raising our insulin, fat storage and how to become a fat burner. I have implemented the OMD lifestyle and have been amazed that I can actually do it! I'm down 3 lbs in one week and still going strong! I haven't seen the scales drop in a while. They have been on a slow and steady climb. I'm grateful for the author for sharing her story and her knowledge. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and it feels great!! I haven't been this excited in a long time. I'm looking forward to being able to wear the clothes in my closet that I've been hanging onto for years now!!

I devoured this book in a day

I devoured this book in a day. It aligned with my personal experiences with food and explained the science behind them. I gained greater compassion for obese people and found clear guiding principles to avoid weight gain. I highly recommend this book to all adults, those who fight to lose weight and those who are fortunate enough to avoid that battle.

Such a book impressed us all.

This is an excellent intermittent fasting book for women. This book was very well written. Think of it like finding that absolute perfect fitting outfit. Health is wealth and when it comes to woman we are very much conscious about our weight and health.

Clearly Explain...!

All the features of intermittent fasting for women are described in detail in this book. I am starting late started Intermittent Fasting this book incredibly steady for me. The plans are definitely not hard to seek after and grand to eat. Irregular Fasting Guide for Weight Loss is an unprecedented book to pursue. There are many eating routine books out there, yet I found this one stacked with supportive information.

I inclined such huge numbers of successful things from this book. This book will explain the various intermittent fasting protocols that you can follow and would also explain the way in which you can incorporate those fasting protocols in your life. It will also help you in choosing the best way of intermittent fasting that suits your way of life. I found it HELPFUL!!

I believe this book will be extremely helpful to anybody who is curious about intermittent fasting. This book was very well written. It was an easy and understandable read. The other books I read were a bunch of scientific facts, that were hard to understand. The important difference is the other book mentioned over and over that you can eat whatever you want on the diet, during your eating window. That information is not true. This book explains the diet very well. I highly recommend it. And the best part is the diet really works.

I truly appreciate studying this book.

Every one of the purposes of intermittent fasting for ladies is clarified in detail in this book. Everything I also found inside the book is very much well explained and attached with tips and instructions to follow on everyday life. Best book for apprentices.

Contains full and complete information about intermittent fasting.I really enjoyed and benefited from this book. Lots of practical advice to help you on your intermittent fasting/diet journey. I am pretty confident I can now get to any weight I want. I think the book is important in that it helps you break long held thoughts and misconceptions about eating and going without food. It also discusses other lengths of fasts that can range from 36 hour to weeks. It is so flexible you can do it anytime. I am excited to attempt my first extended fat fast before I work my way into a true extended fast.
