An excellent way to assure this topic

I love the book. I think its a great reference and starting point. You do need to be a little flexible, it can be lacking in the flavor department. Nothing that can't be fixed with adding a few spices.

This audiobook is very inspiring and informative.

Impressive! This is a great audio-book to help people overcome insulin resistance, become healthier, and take control over their lives. Information insulin resistance or newly diagnosed

The carb to protein ratio was easy for me to understand which made listening to food labels easier for me to figure out. The recipes are great and just one serving of these recipes keeps me full for hours at a time. I used to get very moody when I was hungry and that just doesn't happen anymore.

All the recipes are great.

This is a solid, research and clinically based approach to preventing and managing type 2 diabetes. And seems to be helping with cholesterol management as well (too early to say for sure). I've learned a lot about how my body reacts to food so I am now making much better choices. The recipes are great.

I am so thankful to have found this book.

Fantastic information about the physiology behind insulin resistance. I have most of the symptoms of insulin resistance and was told by my doctor when in my teens that I had metabolic disorder but not anything I could do about it. This book made it simple and easily understood. Good information and recipes good descriptions. It would be nice to see what the recipes look like. Very simple to follow, just don't eat carbs by themselves, and have about half as much protein as carbs (grams) when you have a meal.
