It contains an end-to-end analysis of strategies improving brain's functionality with respect to age, brain capacity and health. Additionally, it puts forward that while having poor memory is exceptionally normal, particularly in older people, you ought to be concerned in the event that it begins hindering your typical regular exercises. Terrible narrator

Sorry but I could not finish it. The narrator has a terrible voice and pauses all the time. I could follow the reading and lost attention due to the narration.

Another book ruined by poor narration

I don't think I've ever heard a worse narrator. I must be a masochist because this was 3 hours of torture. He sounds like Ben Stein in Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Maybe I can talk my ex-husband into listening to it while he's driving thereby falling asleep at the wheel and going over a cliff.
