Bron’s book tackles some really raw and heavy moments throughout her motherhood journey and her relationship with her own mother. I felt seen and less alone listening to her words. Although my postpartum experience was not as dark, I was definitely not thriving in that time either.

Bron is such an engaging story teller and the more I consume her content, the more relatable she feels. I don’t often listen to audiobooks, but in this case I loved hearing Bron’s story through her voice.
