New author for me, good first book, looking forward to the next in the series. Narrators did a good job.

This book brought back memories to a time I was a groupie, following bands who played rock and heavy metal music. I loved everything about this book. The narrators did a great job and were perfect.

It's good very good. My head is still wrapped up in them and I'm not leaving I'm going straight into the next book. Well crafted, compelling characters delivered beautifully. Enjoy.

it's my first read of this author and I think she needed to push her main character's a little deeper. the story was one that has been rehashed a lot of times but she did an ok job of piecing it together. Liberty was sassy and Killian seemed to hold his own and the band seem to be grounded. the enormity of what happened to one of the members didn't seem to give me the empathy that I would normally feel.
the steamy scenes where exactly that, steamy and I think Liberty did a good job in maintaining her strength. Miss Callihan has taken a tricky subject and injected it into the story which turned out to be the main crunch in the thick of it all.
all in all I just felt that the novel glossed over a fairly gritty plot . rock bands tend to be written in a seemingly darker way. so in saying this, I'd describe it as sweet, a tad funny, steamy, Alpha and a gifted, sassy heroine.
but all of this is encompassed on the lighter side of rock and roll

I love her stories. No third-act break ups. I loved the MCs and the dynamics in the band and the music references.
