This book is full of stories to give you hope or peace, one thing I would say though is I came to this book to learn how to fix my situation and I think the balance between other people’s experiences and practical things to do on our side could be better.

The stories are great

Loved it, it was captivating, relevant and just easy to consume.
I enjoyed the fact it was a young woman from the present.
Sometimes she felt like a friend you would talk to and process things with..
Not a therapist or doctor far removed from your experience telling you what to do..
But rather by your side, navigating the current times with you..
It changed my life.

Such a brilliant read

It’s not a bad book but I had to listen to it on 1.7x because I feel like she goes really slow I also feel like she drags on a lot maybe to hit a certain amount of time or pages but it feels like she says the same thing over and over again

It was ok
