how to say no

I loved this book. Even though it did repeat concepts a lot I think it is needed for us who struggle with saying no. I felt very seen in that I use to find it hard to say no because I thought ppl wouldn't like me or think I'm being mean. Also did not realize that our able to say NO does hinge on how we esteem ourselves. I did have lots of esteem issues but the more I work on it the more I'm able to be assertive in general.

I also loved the narrator's voice!!!
