A must for those with a busy mind.
I’ve always had a busy mind and it can be really bad when the stakes are high. This book explained what was going and why my mind was so busy, it immediately made a difference in enabling me to quiet down my noisy monkey. I now look forward to making the tools an everyday part of my life and being able to control the noise in my head.
