I have listened to a lot of book in the genre and this one did a good job of changing it up. I also enjoyed how the character was smart and mature. The narrators did and amazing job too.

overall a good read and will be getting the next title.

I was really looking forward to this as I really liked the fortifier, and OP MC back on earth is my jam. But it was just rushed and poorly written. It seemed liked it was written for young teens with so many details skipped over. The MC doesn’t use any of his legendary skills till right at the end, and even then they are pretty lame. Far too many boring side characters, it reads like he is forming a D&D adventure party. A very boring dungeon at the end that we had to listen to for 4 times from different POVs.
It felt like a book by a first time author.
