A good book for starters

This may be a great book for people who don't know where to start figuring out human relationships but sadly for me, this book was way too simplistic. I have read a ton of books to improve my emotional intelligence and people skills and didn't find much to add to my current knowledge. This book is for you if you have not heard about attachment styles or don't know the differences of being introverted or extraverted (or somewhere in between). There are suggestions such as taking the approach of being vulnerable in your relationships to create more meaningful connections, or avoiding too much social media and being more present while out and about (in hopes of being aware of opportunities for real life interactions) and also the usual ideas of where to meet new people (join a hobby club, reconnect with old friends etc). Unfortunately this was nothing new for me personally. Giving it a 3 star rating as I appreciate the book might be a good starting point for someone who has not done nearly as much reading of such matters.
