I had a better review to post but it wasn't nice to the Author/narrators. (short point form will do)
1. story as a base line is good.... JUST good.
2. characters are ok, they were almost good until social construction happened.
3. An almost wiki skill adventure but it was held back, thank you for this something done right.
4. The biggest of all of the bad, the mc.......
in my opinion your HELL TUTORIAL mc facing death nonstop shouldn't have such a personality, his jokes and nuances fall way to flat. bad effort.

5/10 generous rating, the story will hold you, the characters and dialogue will definitely not.

I read Hell Difficulty Tutorial first on royalroad before it was published. I loved it then and I love it now, I really enjoyed listening to the audiobook. Very interesting characters, world building.

Great performance of a brilliant story

Overall the story is good. What distracts from this appears to be the syntax the Author uses or the Voice Actors decisions.
There is often little difference between the characters internal monologue and conversation/vocalised replies to other characters or even to themselves.
This causes a break in the flow and step out of the book during listening until proper context is understood as to what is actually internal dialogue and what the characters say out aloud. Regularly being pushed out of the story trying to figure out what the context is is not good storytelling IMO.
I’ve never encountered this with other authors or voice actors
