An excellent must listen bookk
A brilliant easy to understand book that dispenses with the fear and dogma of digestive issues.
My particular issue is SIBO and this book was not only reassuring but gave me some excellent advice regarding probiotics.
I have liatented to 8 times and it's be a real education on gut health.

Very Helpful
This book is very helpful, no one size fixes all, no you need to buy my products to get better, just details and research on what does and doesn't work for so many potential issues with an 8 step action plan to get better. I would suggest this book to anyone with stomach issues.
