    much of what is discussed here is a very surface level understanding of ancestral trauma, generic examples eg: post war ptsd, and mostly contains anecdotes and meditations/magic to try connect to ancestors in the spirit realm for "guidance" without going into what THAT might even look like, besides getting contact via things like spirit animals etc. its like how generic ~angel numbers~ are, each of them can only really tell you you're ring supported, yes, or no.. and mostly this is encouraging intuition which honestly, where do the ancestors come in with that? it's coming from the self.. it mentions string theory in a couple paragraphs only, and so on. Very wisby washy and lacking substance and does not have a good foundation upon which to build any useful tips on why and how to get contact with ancestors in my opinion. I did not expect this to be so completely new aged and based on faith.
