Fantastic narration throughout the whole story. Not many battles, good start with magic. Different kind of story.

Every time there was combat I found myself feeling like “What are you doing, you imbecile!?” But combat aside the character performance was good and the story made me smile on many occasions.

Spoiler: the character said he is from England but he read the whole thing with an American accent. Pretty major mistake; or so says me!

I can’t wait for more. I wasn’t sure about the voice acting at first but it very quickly grew on me.

The story wasn’t all convoluted, it had a focus and didn’t spend time going over pointless side matters. Everything had a purpose and it was all very enjoyable.

The smut was a bonus, I think the cute plot was enough to satisfy me, but they did fairly well with that as well. They didn’t over write or drag it out. I liked that they actually talked during the scene, I don’t see that as much as I’d like to.

Overall, it was an enjoyable listen. Had a nice amount of flirtatious comedy. It was ver enjoyable and I really hope they do a reading on the second book.

I enjoyed this book. was a bit lighter depth wise than some others in the litrpg/harem class but more than made up for it with excellent naration. the next book should add more character depth to a really good intro book. will definately read next book.
I recommend this book for those that enjoy this class of book.

The saving grace was Alyssa Poons performance and the ability to portray multiple characters while being committed to the dialogue.
