Decent Short Book
I do like Gill's books as they're always full of sound, sensible advice and are a good tonic to the "Americanised Wooh Yeah" books that are out there.
It's good advice in here too some will be gentle reminders others just common knowledge. It's well worth a listen although for me the narrator didn't have the gravitas I would have liked, she'd be better on a romantic novel than life skill book, but that was just my opinion.
All in all a good short book with some worthy advice.
