Tim delivers no-nonsense, science-backed advice on cultivating happiness in this series and I couldn't get enough. His delivery is warm and engaging and so easy to listen to. A great series for anyone looking to prioritise their well-being.

There are so many personal development books out there but none that focus primarily on actionable practises to achieve happiness easily, any time, any where. I found this series really easy to listen to and pick up at any time of the day or evening where some inspiration is helpful.
