Master your habits master your life

I know there are tons of books on habits but I was looking for something more actionable and given that this is a "step-by-step guide", I wanted to give it a try. Each chapter has some really thought-provoking questions that helped me outline exactly how I can implement the information in the book to my own habits.

This book is one of the most detailed I've seen in terms of how to build and break habits. I learned a lot about our human psychology and how it relates to the actions we take daily. Easy and enjoyable listen!

Full of Tactics

This was a quick listen but it was full of new strategies that I will start using to help me build and break my habits. The author talks a lot about science but also about the mindset behind habit formation.
