I really enjoyed Kasey’s honesty in sharing her personal journey and giving valuable tips on how woman can be more kind to themselves and each other.

It's amazing how much of this book mirrors the story of my life and other women I know. I wish I could have had this insight before I had grown up and had children. I hope this book reaches a huge audience of both males and females of all ages and it prompts them to reflect on the lives we live, or impose upon others.

Unfortunately, quite a few of the concepts didn't work for me, it's not the way I'll raise my girls. Some ideas are great and I understand where the author is coming from but each of us have to do what is right for us. You be the judge.
