Doch die Situation eskaliert. Schon bald kämpft die Besatzung des Raumschiffs um ihr nacktes Überleben und das gesamte Dasein des Kommissars wird infrage gestellt.
Nach und nach wird immer deutlicher, dass im Hintergrund skrupellose Mächte die Fäden ziehen, für die Menschenleben keine Bedeutung haben.
